US Property Assistant Underwriter

Assistant Underwriter, Property D&F London To £60,000 We are seeking an Assistant Underwriter to join a specialist City insurance outfit supporting predominantly high-volume US Property business. You will help to drive profitable growth, provide responsive broker service and develop strong market relationships. This key role will involve: Supporting new business, renewals, quotations and referrals within agreed authority. Building broker and client relationships and deliver prompt, high-quality service. Attending broker and client meetings and presentations. Assisting with business planning, new opportunities and class-performance reporting. Working with other divisions to ensure consistent processes and completion of required documentation. Following underwriting guidelines, reporting requirements and peer-review procedures. The successful candidate will bring a good foundational knowledge of property experience, Cert CII and strong numerical and organisational skills.
