Your tasks
You'll be responsible for managing a caseload of lower value motor bodily injury claims, handling cases through the Official Injury Claim (OIC) Portal from instruction through to settlement. You'll liaise with claimants, solicitors and third parties, review evidence, investigate liability and support the delivery of fair and efficient claim outcomes. You'll work closely with experienced bodily injury professionals, gaining exposure to a range of injury claims while continuing to develop your technical knowledge and understanding of the claims process.
Requirements
We're keen to speak with candidates who have previous motor claims or bodily injury claims experience and are looking to join a business with ambitious growth plans. You will ideally have:
- Previous experience within motor claims, ideally with some exposure to bodily injury claims
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- The ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
- A proactive and organised approach to claims handling
- A desire to further develop your technical knowledge within bodily injury claims
Experience using the Official Injury Claim (OIC) Portal would be advantageous but is not essential.
