What we can accomplish together:
As a Fullstack Developer, you will join an agile team where code quality, sharing, and continuous improvement are at the heart of daily life. You will participate in the design, development, and evolution of high-visibility products, applying the principles of Software Craftsmanship: clean code, TDD, pair programming, and systematic code review.
Your missions: Participate in design workshops with the team, the Product Manager, and designers, to co-build sustainable and elegant solutions. Contribute to technical choices and architectural decisions. Develop, test, and deliver your features continuously, in an automated integration and deployment environment (CI/CD). Practice code review, pair programming, and promote the dissemination of best practices within the team. Monitor, observe, and improve applications in production, following a you build it, you run it logic. Participate in agile rituals: daily, Sprint Review, retrospective. Contribute every quarter to the technical and product roadmap. Play a role as a mentor and technical reference for the squad's developers. Bring the craft culture to life: improve practices, share your monitoring, and experiment with new approaches.
Our technos: Java 21 (migration to 25 planned), Spring Boot, Kafka, React/Redux, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Go, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Google Cloud.
Who are you?
As a fullstack Developer, you will participate in innovative and high-visibility projects, working on varied environments and cutting-edge technologies. You will design and develop back-end applications (Java / Spring / Kotlin) as well as front-end solutions (Angular, React or other JS frameworks). You will also contribute to the continuous construction and deployment of your applications on the Cloud, using tools such as GitLab CI and Docker. You possess a solid mastery of Java and Spring, as well as a good understanding of distributed architectures and web environments. You practice clean code and attach great importance to quality. Ideally, you have worked on microservices architectures and high-load systems. You enjoy sharing your knowledge and wish to play a mentoring role within the team. You want to participate in technical decisions and actively contribute to architectural choices. You are looking for a dynamic, challenging, and enriching environment to continue learning and perfecting your skills. You speak professional English.
