About the role:

Within Gaïdo Digital Consulting, our consulting business line, you will act as an IS Architect to support our clients in the modernization of their information systems and the transformation of their organizations. The position is located in Paris, Lyon, Lille, or Tours.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analysis of business needs and IS scoping: understand business challenges, identify pain points and opportunities, prioritize transformation levers.
• Definition of IS targets and master plans: build clear architecture visions and realistic modernization trajectories (cloud, SaaS, platforms, API, data…).
• 360° IS diagnostics: evaluate the existing state on functional, technical, and organizational levels to guide transformations.
• Support for CIOs: evolve governance models, architecture practices, and delivery modes towards more agility and value.
• Solution design: propose architectures aligned with business challenges, sustainable and scalable.

Contribution to the development of Gaïdo Digital Consulting:

• Co-construction of offers: structure new proposals around IS modernization.
• Pre-sales: participate in client workshops, formulate recommendations, write proposals, and support commercial presentations.
• Collective life: share your convictions and knowledge, contribute to continuous improvement and internal dynamics.

Required skills:

• First experience in architecture or in IS transformation consulting.
• Ability to establish a clear vision of the role of IS in the company's strategy.
• Ability to popularize complex subjects to create buy-in.
• Mastery of current tech trends: cloud, API, platforms, SaaS…
• Familiarity with market standards (TOGAF…), without excessive rigidity.
• Professional English is mandatory.
