Management Associate (Leadership Track)

What You'll Be Doing
- Business Development & Client Engagement

- Help build and grow a high-performing team.
- Training & Leadership Development
- Assist in conducting workshops and onboarding programmes.
- Coordinate learning initiatives and team activities.
- Develop communication, coaching and leadership skills.
- Business Projects
- Work directly with senior leaders on strategic initiatives.
- Contribute ideas to improve systems and processes.
- Take ownership of projects with real impact.
