Business Development Executives

Your tasks

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the company's customer base.
• Research market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, and other business development strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote the company's products and services.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and organisational objectives.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and business offers tailored to clients' needs.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and business agreements in line with company policies.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and client enquiries to convert prospects into long-term customers.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of SSCE
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to market products/services and generate leads.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing is an added advantage.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
