Procurement Manager EPCM – Industrial Project (Barcelona)
We are IPLAN GESTIÓN INTEGRAL, a company linked to engineering services developed mainly in the electrical sector, civil works, renewable energies, environment, and legalizations. We are part of VULCAIN ENGINEERING, a French international group of engineering companies with a multisectoral approach, working in the various key areas of infrastructure and energy. Currently, we are looking for a Procurement Manager EPCM to join our team located in the Barcelona office.
📒 How will your day-to-day be? Strategy and Tendering: Definition of the purchasing strategy, selection of suppliers/contractors, and preparation of shortlists (Greenfield and Brownfield).
Integral Contractual Management (Key): Active post-award administration on-site, economic control, management of Change Orders, and resolution of daily construction issues.
Technical Coordination: Direct and coordinated work with specialist engineers from each discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Electricity, Piping).
💡 What are we looking for? Education: University degree in Engineering (Essential).
Experience: Between 10 and 15 years in procurement management for industrial projects under EPCM or EPC (Fast Track) modalities.
Construction Management: Demonstrable experience in field issues and continuous contractual management during the execution phase, not limited to tendering.
Languages: English level B2 (minimum) or C1 (preferred).
Location: Mandatory on-site presence in the Zona Franca of Barcelona.
Will be highly valued: Previous experience in large energy or Oil & Gas projects in Spain.
Network of contacts and track record of working with top-tier national contractors and installers.
