HVAC Engineer

We are IPLAN GESTIÓN INTEGRAL, a company linked to engineering services developed fundamentally in the electrical sector, civil works, renewable energies, environment, and legalizations. We are part of VULCAIN ENGINEERING, a French international group of engineering companies with a multisectoral approach, working in the various key areas of infrastructure and energy. We are looking for an HVAC Engineer to join industrial projects in the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Industrial sectors, as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team.

🎯 What will you do in this position? Specify, dimension, and design air conditioning and ventilation systems (HVAC) applied to industrial facilities.

Develop the detailed engineering of HVAC systems: drawings, equipment lists, technical data sheets, and other associated documentation.

Draft the technical documentation required to request quotes from installers (specifications, plans, material lists, etc.).

Technically evaluate and compare proposals received from suppliers and installers.

Supervise documentary progress and validate the final documentation generated by installers.

Coordinate with the rest of the engineering disciplines to ensure the correct integration of data and resolve possible interferences between specialties.

Provide technical support during the inspection, assembly, and commissioning phases of the facilities, working alongside the different project teams.

🧩 What profile are we looking for? Technical or Higher Industrial Engineering, Mechanical branch or related.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC engineering within engineering companies in the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors.

Proven track record in industrial plant and/or power generation projects.

Advanced English, oral and written, due to working in an international context.

Proficiency in HVAC calculation tools such as HAP (Carrier) or other equivalents.

Knowledge of standards and regulations such as API, DIN, ISO, ASME, and AD-Merkblätter.

Previous experience in multidisciplinary coordination and support for construction and commissioning phases will be valued.
