Electrical Engineer

We are IPLAN GESTIÓN INTEGRAL, a company linked to engineering services developed fundamentally in the electrical sector, civil works, renewable energies, environment, and legalizations. We are part of VULCAIN ENGINEERING, a French international group of engineering companies with a multisectoral approach, working in the different key areas of infrastructure and energy. We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join industrial projects in the Oil & Gas, Energy, and Industrial sectors, as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team.

Functions: Electrical design and engineering in the industrial field, covering different disciplines of the specialty

Design and calculation of industrial lighting installations

Design of grounding networks and earthing systems

Wiring engineering: sizing and routing of power and control cables

Definition and specification of electrical equipment (transformers, cells, electrical panels, etc.)

Execution of basic and detail engineering in EPC projects of the Energy and/or Oil & Gas sector

Preparation of technical specifications for electrical equipment

Monitoring and supervision of orders for electrical equipment and materials

Coordination with other engineering disciplines for the correct integration of the electrical design

Requirements: Electrical engineer with 5 years of experience in OT of EPC Projects for Power Plants and/or Oil & Gas

Electrical Calculations: load flow, short circuits, cable sizing, lighting, motor starting, grounding networks, etc.

Knowledge of electrical equipment and diagrams

Wiring engineering

ETAP, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Dialux

Knowledge of IEC and IEEE Standards
