Construction Execution Director - BALAGUER (Lleida)

We offer comprehensive services from development to commissioning of projects, with international experience in three major areas: Energy, Water and Environment, and Industry, developing projects for energy networks, waste recovery and biomass, combined cycles and cogeneration, as well as initiatives linked to hydrogen, biogas and biomethane; hydraulic projects, water network management and environmental solutions, gas pipeline development, and other industrial innovations. We are part of VULCAIN ENGINEERING, a French international group of engineering companies with a multi-sector approach, working in the various key areas of infrastructure and energy. Currently, we are looking for a CONSTRUCTION EXECUTION DIRECTOR to join a construction site. Specific location: BALAGUER (Lleida) Functions and Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the execution of an industrial construction site: review of progress, management of the construction contractor, review of monthly certifications, etc.

Identify incidents and propose technical and organizational solutions that guarantee the correct development of the project through decision-making in the execution phase, resolution of non-conformities, among others.

Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding safety, quality, and occupational risk prevention.

Establish good contact with the client.

Ensure good service and the efficient performance of contracts.

Requirements It is essential to reside in the area of the construction site or surroundings. Candidates willing to change residence for the duration of the project will be valued.

Civil Engineer, Ing Civil, Industrial Engineer, Public Works Technical Engineer, Technical Architect

Minimum of 8 years of experience in the execution of civil and/or industrial works (having participated in at least 3 industrial-type works with a budget > 120M euros).

Fluent English level is essential (B2 or C1). Catalan is highly valued.

Softwares: Autocad, Project, Presto, Office, Naviswork.

Technical leadership, project management, and teamwork skills.
