Sales Representative (m/f/d) - Inside Sales

Location: Erlensee Employment type(s): Full-time

You will independently undertake the following activities:

• Contact person for customer inquiries and interface to the operational departments
• Creation and preparation of customer presentations, statistics and market analyses
• Support for the field service (appointment organization, visit preparation)
• Preparation, implementation and documentation of customer meetings
• Creation and maintenance of all sales-relevant customer information and master data, especially via our CRM-System
• Implementation and documentation of offer and price updates
• If necessary, organization of sales promotions and customer events and support in tender management
• Optionally / prospectively also deployment in the field service

What you bring with you:

• Commercial training, preferably as Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
• Professional experience in inside sales, ideally in the field of network forwarding
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), proficient English skills
• Organizational talent and willingness to perform
