Your tasks:

• Central contact person for customers within the scope of contract logistics
• Support and management of customer-related processes (goods receipt, storage, picking, shipping)
• Receipt, processing and follow-up of customer inquiries via telephone and email
• Maintenance, checking and evaluation of order and inventory data in WMS/ERP systems
• Close coordination with warehouse, team leader, dispatch and transport service providers
• Processing of complaints, clarification cases and damage reports
• Monitoring of Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs) and timely order processing
• Creation of reports, key figures and customer-related evaluations
• Support in process optimization and implementation of customer-specific requirements

What you bring with you:

• A completed commercial training (preferably for freight forwarding and logistics services) or professional experience in a comparable position
• Experience in dealing with warehouse management systems
• Reliability, resilience, strong customer and process orientation
• Confident handling of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
