The position:

Project Redesign and compliance of the investment advisory process for legal entities

Project Summary: Redesign of the "Financial Instruments Document" process (which is used by sales representatives as part of the advisory duty to companies wishing to make financial investments)

Main Activities: As part of the service, the intervention focuses on supporting the Product Owner in formalizing business needs, structuring the backlog, producing MOA deliverables, preparing sprints, functional testing, monitoring anomalies, as well as preparing steering committees and coordinating production deployment.

Tasks to be performed:

• Facilitate requirement gathering and prioritization workshops with business units
• Structure and maintain the backlog (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Produce MOA deliverables (scoping notes, specifications, meeting minutes, action plans, timelines)
• Prepare sprints with the teams and secure commitments
• Define the testing strategy
• Execute test cases/test scenarios in accordance with requirement expressions/User Stories and handle anomalies
• Prepare committee materials (COPROJ/COPIL) and progress indicators
• Support production deployment with the various stakeholders
• Escalate qualified anomalies to developers and ensure their correction
• Facilitate and participate in agile rituals.

Profile sought:

Senior experience in MOA project management? 10 years minimum

Confirmed experience in a banking environment Operational mastery of Agile Scrum Excellent transverse coordination and communication skills Very good level of documentary formalization and synthesis Ability to intervene in a demanding regulatory context Proficiency in professional English, both written and spoken Knowledge and ability to manipulate SQL / databases Good knowledge of financial products
