<Solutions Architect> [CCP for ICT Professionals]

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess customer infrastructure environments, operational requirements, technical constraints, and business objectives to identify suitable modernisation opportunities.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable network, cloud-enabled, hybrid infrastructure, and telecommunications solution designs.
• Develop technical architecture blueprints, network diagrams, system workflows, infrastructure dependencies, and implementation recommendations using Microsoft Visio.
• Conduct infrastructure gap assessments, technical feasibility reviews, solution-fit evaluations, and implementation readiness assessments.
• Use the advanced project and workflow functions of Jira to track architecture activities, technical dependencies, design reviews, project milestones, risks, and follow-up actions.
• Expand the use of Jira beyond support ticketing by creating structured workflows for solution design, technical review, implementation readiness, and cross-functional coordination.
• Use Microsoft 365 tools to prepare solution documentation, design evaluation matrices, technical presentations, meeting records, and collaborative project files.
• Develop infrastructure modernisation roadmaps and phased implementation plans aligned with customer priorities, service continuity, scalability, and resilience requirements.
• Present architecture options, technical risks, recommended approaches, implementation considerations, and expected business benefits to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional technical, project, customer-facing, and commercial teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and commercially relevant.
• Support customers during solution clarification, migration planning, implementation preparation, and post-design technical discussions.
• Review emerging cloud, telecommunications, network, and infrastructure technologies to strengthen IP-Tribe’s solution architecture capabilities.
