Microsoft 365 Expert

Your tasks

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Expert to manage, optimize, and secure enterprise Microsoft 365 environments. The successful candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for the design, administration, governance, security, compliance, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365services. This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft cloud technologies, identity management, collaboration platforms, security controls, automation, and end-user enablement.

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Viva.
• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 governance, security, compliance, and identity management solutions.
• Manage Exchange Online environments, including mail flow, connectors, transport rules, email security, and hybrid deployments.
• Lead migrations, deployments, upgrades, and integration projects involving SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and other M365 workloads.
• Configure and manage Microsoft Purview solutions, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Sensitivity Labels, Information Protection, eDiscovery, and Records Management.
• Implement and maintain Microsoft Entra ID services, including Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Identity Governance.
• Administer Microsoft Defender security solutions and respond to security incidents, threats, and compliance requirements.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Power Automate, and other Microsoft technologies.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and service availability while proactively identifying improvement opportunities.
• Provide Level 3/Level 4 technical support and lead the resolution of major incidents and complex technical issues.
• Establish operational standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for Microsoft365 services.
• Collaboratewith IT, Security, and business stakeholders to drive adoption and maximize the value of Microsoft 365 investments.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and knowledge repositories.

Requirements

• Bachelor'sDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum5 years of hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and cloud collaboration technologies.
• Proven experience managing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, identity and access management, and Zero Trust security principles.
• Hands-onexperience with Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Defender Suite.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API.
• Experience implementing Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management abilities.
