QA/QC Manager / Quantity Surveyor

The client is a leading Energy Company 

-Purpose:

The aim is to extend and upgrade five existing high-voltage (HV) electrical substations as a turnkey project.

This technical service will be carried out in Nigeria. This location could be changed according to the progress of the work and the project needs.

Main Goals

-Represent QA/QC and Quantity Surveying.

-Implement the Project Quality Management System.

-Measure completed works and validate subcontractor quantities.

-Ensure compliance with ITPs and Quality Plans.

-Coordinate inspections and audits.

-Deliverables:

-Review and follow the Quality Plans and ITPs.

-Witness inspections.

-Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ) measurement and quantity verification

-Manage None-Conformity Report (NCRs) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPAs).

-Control punch lists.

-Compile turnover dossiers.

-Issue weekly quality reports.

-Coordinate Control Sheet and SAT with the onshore Company’s Team

-Maintain quality records.

-Prepare with the Onshore Team the First Of a Kind (FOaK)

Requirements for Technical Services:

-Minimum 10 years QA/QC experience and Quantity Surveying on HV substations.

-ISO9001 and IEC knowledge.

-Experience with construction and commissioning dossiers.
