Your tasks
On behalf of a major player operating in the oil sector in Congo, IOTA is looking for an experienced Maintenance Instrumentation Automation Engineer.
- Maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of instrumentation equipment in offshore environments (valves, sensors, transmitters, analyzers)
- Programming, configuration, and troubleshooting of Rockwell Automation PLCs (Allen-Bradley / ControlLogix / CompactLogix)
- Use of Studio 5000 / RSLogix 5000 for modification and updating of PLC programs
- Intervention on SCADA / HMI systems (FactoryTalk View or equivalent)
- Technical support during commissioning and startup phases
- Writing of intervention reports
Requirements
- Education: Bac+2 to Bac+3 in instrumentation, automation, or industrial electronics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an offshore oil environment
- Mandatory proficiency: Rockwell Automation (Studio 5000 / RSLogix)
- Knowledge of ATEX / SIL standards is appreciated
- Fluent technical English
