Logistics Shipping Coordinator
The company is an international industrial engineering group that designs and supplies equipment, machinery, and production lines for major industry players.
As part of an industrial project, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join the Procurement / Inspection / Logistics teams. The main objective of the mission is to ensure that all ordered equipment and parts are correctly identified, packaged, documented, and delivered to the site, by ensuring coordination between Engineering, Procurement, Suppliers, Inspection, and Logistics.
Main Missions
Equipment and Order Tracking Ensure the tracking of ordered equipment and materials until their shipment and delivery to the site. Verify consistency between Engineering BOMs and Procurement BOMs. Track quantities, references, tags, and equipment statuses. Identify and anticipate any potential discrepancies or shortages.
Order Preparation and Packaging Participate in the ordering processes with the Procurement and Engineering teams. Understand drawings, nomenclatures, and technical specifications of the equipment. Ensure that suppliers correctly understand and apply Tagging / Marking, Packaging, and Packing List requirements. Control the consistency between ordered material, prepared material, and associated documentation.
Pre-shipment Inspection Participate in and/or coordinate inspections before the departure of goods. Perform or supervise the equipment inventory before crating. Verify the identification, marking, packaging, and compliance of the materials. Control Packing Lists and ensure the traceability of shipped equipment.
Logistics Coordination / Site Support Ensure the interface between Engineering, Procurement, Inspection, Suppliers, Transport, and Site. Track shipments and anticipate potential delivery issues. Provide support to site teams on matters of receiving, identification, and equipment traceability. Participate in OPI (On-site/Operational Procurement Inspection) and the tracking of equipment upon arrival at the site. Capitalize on project feedback to improve equipment management and logistics processes.
Engineer / technical profile / Organized Experience in supply chain is a plus Mobile (50%) Number of years of experience: 3~5 years. Fluent English
Working Schedule: Resident 5 days/week Starting date: 01/10/2026 Duration of the mission: 6 months
