Procurement Support Project Manager
As part of the Procurement Factory Project, the mission consists of monitoring and managing the daily activity of buyers by relying on internal tools (SAP, Excel, Service Now).
The position involves close collaboration with the purchasing team leader to ensure the proper execution of the standard purchasing process and to contribute to a continuous improvement approach for purchasing methods and tools.
Mission Objectives Ensure the daily operational monitoring of buyer activity Calculate, analyze, and manage the standardized KPIs of the scope Identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions Consolidate and ensure the reliability of purchasing data for managerial steering Contribute to the optimization of project processes and tools
Main Activities Purchasing Steering and Monitoring Monitoring purchasing activities via SAP, Excel, and Service Now Management of the standard purchasing process: needs analysis definition of the purchasing strategy monitoring of calls for tenders management of clarifications issuance of purchase orders and acknowledgments of receipt
KPI & performance Calculation and analysis of purchasing performance indicators Implementation and monitoring of corrective action plans Conducting ad hoc analyses to identify gain levers Coordination & communication Facilitating weekly and monthly meetings with subsidiaries Contribution to the preparation of CODIR meetings Representation of the client in the monitoring and consolidation of activity Documentation & continuous improvement Management and updating of monitoring and reporting files Updating of procedures, documents, and tools used Contribution to the evolution of purchasing methods and project tools
