We are currently looking for a SmartPlant PID Software Administrator M/F for a mission based in Rueil-Malmaison.
The SmartPlant PID Software Administrator will intervene in support of engineering teams for the administration, configuration, and customization of SmartPlant PID tools, with a data-centric approach. The main missions will be as follows:
- Administer and configure SmartPlant PID tools
- Implement necessary customizations in SmartPlant PID
- Write user guides for users
- Administer projects according to a data-centric approach
- Automate certain tasks and certain reports in VBA
- Ensure software monitoring for the engineering department tools
- Participate in project meetings and technical exchanges related to engineering software
- Provide support to users and contribute to the improvement of practices around Engineering tools
- Experience in administration and use of SmartPlant PID
- Skills in data entry and modification on SmartPlant and AVEVA suite software
- Good mastery of Hexagon Engineering environments
- Knowledge of AVEVA software is a plus
- Technical skills in Piping, Plant Layout, Electricity or Instrumentation would be appreciated
- IT development skills
- Mastery of VBA for the automation of tasks and reports
- Good writing skills
- Sense of service, availability, listening, and pedagogy
- Good level of English required
