Sr. Advisor AI Transformation & Automation – E-Commerce (f/m/d) / 1521 (E-Commerce-Manager/in)

We are looking for a Senior Advisor AI Transformation to act as a strategic and operational catalyst for our E-Commerce division. In this role, you will specifically drive the AI evolution in these areas and bridge the gap between high-end innovation and practical enablement. You will ensure that our teams are at the forefront of AI-powered customer journeys and ordering processes.

Responsibilities

As a Sr. Advisor, your mission is to empower our operational experts. You act as a strategic advisor, technical mentor, and practical implementer – providing the tools, prototypes, and knowledge our teams need to achieve excellence. While the specialist departments retain responsibility for their results, you deliver the AI-powered "how" to their "what."

• Process Transformation: Support our teams in increasing efficiency in the areas of campaign ideation, creation, and analysis by identifying the right AI tools and integrating them into existing workflows.
• You drive the AI transformation around our online shops and sales platforms, bringing the involved organizations along with you.
• Campaign Effectiveness: Advise on the use of AI to increase personalization and effectiveness in campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Requirements Engineering: Act as the lead for our internal tools by defining clear, high-quality business requirements that are implemented by the development teams in our core infrastructure.
• Prototyping & "Vibe Coding": Roll up your sleeves and create functional prototypes of AI-based processes using internal/external tools and Natural Language Coding to prove concepts and validate requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience: Several years of experience in digital transformation, marketing technology, or development, with a clear focus on AI implementation.
• Hands-on Builder: You don't just advise; you build. You feel confident using "Vibe Coding," rapid prototyping, and diving deep into AI tools to see what works in practice.
• The "Enabler" Mindset: You are a natural mediator who finds success in helping others succeed. You can explain complex AI logic to non-technical colleagues with ease.
• Technical Translator: You possess the strong ability to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications for external development teams.
• Language: Fluent English skills are required; German or other European languages are a plus.
