We are looking for support as a working student in a Master's program for the daily operations and administrative processes of our funded projects. In this role, you will assist in the coordination of consortium activities, maintain structured project documentation, and ensure smooth communication between teams and external partners. With a high degree of independence, resilience, and a practical "learning by doing" attitude, you will play a key role in keeping our complex project structures organized and on track.

Responsibilities

Task and project tracking: Using Jira to track project deliverables, consortium milestones, and daily operational tasks.

Documentation and knowledge management: Maintaining, organizing, and updating project documentation, meeting minutes, and reporting guidelines using Confluence.

Administrative support: Managing shared documents, file archiving, timesheets, and daily communication using Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

Coordination of meetings: Assisting in the organization of project consortium meetings, workshops, or reviews, including the creation of agendas and the maintenance of detailed minutes.

Qualifications

Enrollment status: Currently enrolled as a full-time Master's student (ideally in the fields of Business Administration, Public Policy, Project Management, European Studies, Economics, or a related field).

Work availability: Availability for 15–20 hours per week during the semester (flexible working hours during exam periods).

Attitude and working style: High resilience and independence, paired with a strong "learning by doing" attitude to quickly adapt to complex project structures.

Organizational skills: Exceptionally well-organized with a keen eye for detail – essential for dealing with strict compliance rules, deadlines, and project guidelines.

Communication and languages: Excellent English skills are a must; basic or conversational knowledge of German is an advantage.

Software skills: Proficient use of our central working tools (Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence) in daily work.
