A leading multinational company in Facilities Management, Property Management, and corporate real estate services, with an international presence and operations in dozens of countries, is looking to integrate a Strategic Purchasing Manager into its team. We are looking for a professional to lead the national purchasing strategy, strengthen the supplier network, and generate operational efficiencies that contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the national Procurement strategy.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with strategic suppliers.
  • Lead bidding processes (RFP, RFQ, and RFI).
  • Develop and certify suppliers.
  • Manage purchasing categories such as maintenance, cleaning, security, HVAC, furniture, PPE, tools, and specialized services.
  • Generate savings and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Prepare Spend Analysis.
  • Implement Procurement KPIs and SLAs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategic Purchasing or Procurement.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and developing suppliers.
  • Management of RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Knowledge in financial analysis and contract management.
  • Desirable experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, construction, or maintenance.
  • Intermediate or advanced English.
