Job Description

Passionate about hospitality? Our love story begins here. Reporting to Mohamed, Chef de Réception, your missions will be as follows:

Multi-tasking, you will ensure throughout the day the welcome and coordination of guest arrivals and departures for our 33-room boutique hotel. You will manage online, telephone, or walk-in reservations and ensure compliance with the commercial policy. The management of the cash float will also be your responsibility.

Personalized service… The satisfaction of our guests is your priority. To anticipate guest requests and respond to them in the best possible way, you will work in harmony with the various hotel departments. As a true brand ambassador, you will know how to promote the loyalty program as well as all the services offered by the establishment.

Paris and its wonders… Does reading a map of Paris upside down scare you? Are you always aware of the latest hot spots in the capital? You will have the opportunity to put your interpersonal skills at the service of the client and advise them in organizing their stay.
