About the company
Within the Insurance Department, the Insurance Officer contributes to the implementation, management, and optimization of the Group's insurance program. They ensure the operational management of contracts, claims monitoring, coordination of renewals, production of analyses and reporting, as well as the reliability of insurance data.
Your tasks
Your key responsibilities will revolve around the following missions:
Insurance Portfolio Management
- Contribute to the preparation of renewals, tenders, and negotiations.
- Ensure budgetary monitoring of premiums, deductibles, and analytical allocations.
- Manage claims from reporting to closure.
- Produce reporting and performance indicators.
- Control premium calls and invoicing.
- Ensure administrative monitoring of policies, endorsements, attestations, and insurance certificates.
- Contribute to prevention and risk control actions.
Data, Reporting, and Management Dimension
- Coordinate the collection and reliability of underwriting data.
- Guarantee the quality of data relating to insured values, headcount, turnover, and risk exposures.
- Participate in the administration of insurance databases.
- Identify anomalies and areas for improvement in reference frameworks.
- Produce dashboards and KPIs for premiums, claims experience, risk costs, and deadlines.
- Contribute to automation efforts for collection and control processes.
- Utilize Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools for analyses.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in a company, brokerage firm, or insurance company
- Knowledge of P&C insurance: claims management, contractual analysis,
- Advanced mastery of Excel: reporting, Power BI, and data management,
- Proficiency in English.
- Rigor, organization, autonomy, analytical mindset, interpersonal skills, and transverse coordination capacity.
