GOT AN EYE FOR CONTENT?* We’re hiring a *Talent Acquisition Content Executive*! 💰 *S$3,000–4,000/month*, depending on experience 📍 *Tanjong Pagar* 🕘 *Monday to Friday, office hours* 🏢 *Summit Planners Invictus* Can you turn an idea into a good Canva post and start a conversation with a potential candidate? This role gives equal focus to recruitment and social media content creation. You’ll help us find suitable people, manage candidate follow-ups, and create content for our company’s social media channels. *What you’ll do* 🔎 *Recruitment* •⁠ ⁠Write and publish job advertisements. •⁠ ⁠Source candidates through job portals, social media and direct outreach. •⁠ ⁠Screen applications, conduct initial calls and coordinate interviews. •⁠ ⁠Follow up with candidates and keep recruitment records updated.

🎨 *Social media & content* •⁠ ⁠Create recruitment graphics, social posts and team updates using Canva, we use it a lot! •⁠ ⁠Plan and schedule content for our company’s social channels. •⁠ ⁠Write captions and capture everyday team moments to show what working here looks like. •⁠ ⁠Respond to relevant enquiries and track which posts generate engagement and candidate interest. *You’ll fit well if you…* •⁠ ⁠Are comfortable using Canva and have an eye for clear, attractive layouts. •⁠ ⁠Communicate confidently and enjoy connecting with people. •⁠ ⁠Can write clear job advertisements, captions and messages. •⁠ ⁠Stay organised with deadlines, interviews and follow-ups. •⁠ ⁠Have experience in recruitment, social media or a role involving both. •⁠ ⁠Have basic short-video editing skills. *Interested?* Apply through with your *updated CV*.
