Functions and Responsibilities

- Have detailed knowledge of the menu and special offers to make accurate recommendations.

What are we looking for?
- Technicians in the Bar career (Indispensable).
- Knowledge of cocktails, liquors, beers, and wines, including their ingredients and preparation methods.
- Knowledge of POS systems.
- Knowledge of BPM.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions in the restaurant or hotel industry.
- Intermediate English.
- Availability to work in monthly rotating shifts (morning / afternoon / early morning).
