Retail Coordinator - Antigua Guatemala

Your tasks

Job Description: Manage and coordinate the operation of the stores under your responsibility, ensuring the efficiency of administrative, warehouse, and collection processes, to guarantee excellent service to customers, in accordance with the policies, procedures, and objectives established by Management. Responsible for driving sales at the points of sale under your management, ensuring the correct display of products and the execution of the commercial strategies defined by the organization, with the objective of maximizing the customer experience and the fulfillment of commercial goals. Plan and coordinate activities when required (bazars, weddings, stands, hotels, embassies, tastings), providing attention and advice to your customers in the purchase of national and imported products, follow-up on quotes, control and preparation of supply inventory. Lead the operation and commercial management of the points of sale located in Antigua Guatemala, Telares, Cayalá, and Pradera, ensuring compliance with the service standards, product display, and sales objectives established by the company. INDISPENSABLE: -Schedule availability -Experience in retail sales -Experience in product display and presentation at the point of sale -Experience in the execution of commercial strategies. -Own vehicle -Excellent personal presentation -Experience leading work teams -Experience in personnel management -High school graduate, preferably with university studies -English level: 75%
