Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work 1. Pre-Sales Strategy & Bid Management

  • Lead functional and technical discovery sessions to assess prospective clients’ existing IT landscapes, operating models, and business challenges.
  • Own solution architecture and responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and tenders, covering scope definition, architectural blueprints, integration frameworks, and compliance matrices.
  • Estimate delivery effort, implementation timelines, licensing requirements, and resource requirements in close collaboration with delivery and sales teams.

2. Architecture & Solution Design

  • Design end-to-end, multi-pillar enterprise solutions integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Tax) and Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Workforce Management).
  • Develop integration, reporting, and data migration strategies using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Fast Formulas, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), and BI Publisher (BIP).
  • Ensure that technical architectures align with enterprise security standards, data privacy legislation, including Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and applicable regulatory compliance frameworks.

3. Client Engagement & Proof of Concept (POC)

  • Develop and deliver compelling, business-value-driven product demonstrations and executive presentations for C-suite stakeholders, including Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs), and Chief Information Officers (CIOs).
  • Develop tailored proofs of concept (POCs) to demonstrate complex business processes, the feasibility of custom extensions using Visual Builder Studio, and automated integrations.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, articulating and defending architectural decisions while addressing client concerns and objections.

4. Practice Development & Thought Leadership

  • Develop reusable architectural patterns, demonstration assets, and RFP response templates to improve pre-sales turnaround times and ensure consistency.
  • Monitor Oracle’s quarterly cloud release roadmaps to assess new features, AI-driven automation capabilities, and industry-specific accelerators.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications 1. Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.

2. Experience
