Technical Support Assistant (M/F)

Invenio-rh is recruiting a Technical Support Assistant (M/F) on a CDI contract for an SME specializing in the distribution of equipment and accessories dedicated to leisure vehicles.

Your mission: become the true link between customers, suppliers, and the technical team! On a daily basis, you will be required to:

• Process and follow up on customer after-sales service (SAV) requests from A to Z
• Apply after-sales service procedures according to suppliers
• Research and propose the most suitable solution, while respecting company imperatives
• Exchange with international suppliers
• Ensure the availability of spare parts
• Report customer information and technical issues
• Perform product tests to better understand and resolve issues

Your profile

• From a technical background (electrotechnics, maintenance) or commercial background (Bac+2) with a first significant experience.
• Comfortable with customers and on the phone
• Possessing good interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in English (B2+), especially for exchanging with international suppliers
• Curious, hands-on, with a real appetite for technical products
• Rigorous, reactive, and able to manage priorities
• Autonomous and comfortable with IT tools
• And above all, you love to understand, search, test, and find solutions!
