To support our growth, we are looking for a skilled Digital Print Operator to join our production team in Berlin and help scale the manufacturing of groundbreaking printed electronic products.
Tasks
Prepare, set up, and operate industrial inkjet printing systems
Execute production orders according to quality and process specifications
Monitor print quality and perform in-process quality control checks
Troubleshoot printing and equipment issues to minimize downtime
Perform machine maintenance, calibration, and routine servicing
Support production planning and continuous process improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
Collaborate closely with engineering, R&D, and manufacturing teams
Requirements
Ideally 2+ years of experience operating industrial inkjet printing systems
Experience with Konica Minolta (KM) printheads is highly desirable
Experience in printed electronics, organic electronics, or advanced manufacturing is a strong advantage
Completed vocational training as a Media Technologist (Digital Printing), Print Technician, Process Technician, or a comparable qualification
Practical understanding of printing processes, inks, substrates, and quality control methods
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Structured and detail-oriented working style
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
Good organizational and time-management skills
