Security Supervisor Hotel Ac Lima Miraflores

Our organization is based on talent management; we believe in the development of our collaborators and we focus and commit to their personal and professional development. · Currently, we are looking for the position of Security Supervisor for its business unit HOTEL AC LIMA MIRAFLORES; this position has the following functions:

· 1. Coordinate the activities to be carried out with the personnel of the area at the beginning of the shift.

1. Maintain close control of activities within the hotel, focusing on the prevention of incidents, accidents, and fires.
2. Prepare documentation and follow up on incidents and accidents on the property.
3. Verify and evaluate risks in all areas of the hotel and report any developments.
4. Lead the emergency response and provide direction and leadership to minimize consequences in each situation.
5. Evaluate hazards and risks on the property and take actions to reduce and eradicate them.
6. Provide first aid assistance to guests, visitors, and associates.
7. Verify the fire protection system and CCTV and report any developments.
8. Supervise the development of activities of the security personnel and the documentation produced by the personnel under their charge.
9. In coordination with the hotel managements and leaders, is able to handle and resolve complaints and conflicts.
10. Maintain control in occasional stressful situations, maintaining composure and self-control.
11. Maintain exemplary conduct for all associates following the Breca Group Code of Ethics.
12. Ensure compliance with Hotels and Marriott standards.
13. Perform functions inherent to the position that allow collaboration with the objectives of the area. ·

Requirements:

• Desirable knowledge of SyST, FFAA, and Hotel Security.
• Minimum experience of 1 to 2 years in similar positions.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.
