Our esteemed client in the IT industry is seeking a Project Manager to join their dynamic team:

Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, budgets, and detailed schedules using established project management methodologies.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives), monitor timelines, manage resource allocation, and resolve roadblocks.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical specifications from key stakeholders.
• Perform impact assessments for Change Requests (CRs), define Scope of Works (SOW), and advise on alignment with system goals.
• Oversee quality assurance processes; develop System Acceptance Test (SAT) plans, test scripts, and coordinate SIT and UAT.
• Structure incident management processes, track issue trends, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Plan user training post-launch for smooth product transition.
• Serve as the main point of contact between clients, internal development teams, and external vendor partners.
• Prepare progress reports, conduct executive briefings, and maintain clear communications regarding project health.

Requirements

Job Requirements

• At least Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing IT or software development projects, particularly web-based applications.
• At least 1 year of experience with enterprise content management platforms such as SharePoint, Sitefinity or Sitecore.
• Proven track record of delivering at least 2 complete software development projects using Agile methodology.
• Practical exposure to content inventory, content auditing or migration activities.
• Familiarity with system testing, change management, incident handling and contract administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and MS Project.
• Experience or certifications in PMP, CITPM, Scrum, AWS, Azure, SQL databases, ASP.NET Core, frontend development or CI/CD practices will be an advantage.
