Tasks & Responsibilities (Jobdesk)

1. Sales & Product Education: Actively greet, offer, and educate potential customers regarding the aroma (notes), uniqueness, and longevity of the perfume products.
2. Target Achievement: Consistently strive to achieve or exceed the predetermined sales targets.
3. Customer Service: Provide friendly and polite fragrance consultations, helping customers find the perfume variant that best suits their personality.
4. Product & Display Management: Maintain the cleanliness of the work area, arrange product displays (testers, saleable products, and paper strips/blotters) to ensure they are always neat, attractive, and in accordance with standards.
5. Stock & Sales Recording: Perform periodic checks on stock availability in the store and create daily sales reports honestly and accurately.

Requirements

1. Female, aged 20 - 37 years old
2. Experienced as Sales/SPG in the Perfume field
3. Accustomed to targets
4. Attractive, neat, and clean appearance (prefer non Hijab)
5. Fluent in English
6. Willing to participate in events at the end of November
7. Proactive and able to learn product knowledge quickly
