Real Estate Salesperson - Punta Cana

Job Description:

Responsible for the acquisition and management of clients for the sale of land, golf carts, and jacuzzis, providing commercial advice and follow-up throughout the entire sales process. Additionally, they must coordinate the delivery and collection of golf carts, support the organization of jacuzzi installations, and prepare periodic reports for management in English.

Requirements:

• Experience or knowledge in sales and customer service.
• Fluent English, both oral and written (indispensable).
• Valid driver's license and availability to travel according to the needs of the position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to prepare reports.
• An organized, proactive, results-oriented person is required, with communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
