Rental Agent - Punta Cana

Job Description:

We are looking for a Rental Agent with experience in rent a car companies to provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire vehicle rental process. You will be responsible for managing reservations, opening and closing contracts, vehicle delivery and reception, invoicing, collections, additional sales, incident follow-up, and coordination with the operational area, ensuring an agile, efficient service oriented towards customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Indispensable experience as a Rental Agent in Rent a Car companies.
• Intermediate or advanced English (indispensable).
• Experience in customer service and attention.
• Handling of rental contracts, reservations, invoicing, and cash handling.
• Experience in additional sales (upselling) and incident management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management systems for rent a car (desirable).
