QC Engineer

• Responsible for inspecting product quality from raw materials, production processes, to finished goods to ensure compliance with specified standards
• Analyze quality problems occurring in the production process and implement corrective and preventive actions (Corrective & Preventive Action)
• Inspect and prepare quality inspection reports, ensuring data is recorded accurately, completely, and is traceable
• Coordinate with the Production department, Research and Development (R&D) department, and Quality Assurance (QA) department to control quality in accordance with customer requirements and internal standards
• Provide guidance, training, and supervise the team regarding inspection standards and quality control
• Inspect and oversee the use of measuring instruments to ensure they are in ready-to-use condition, including controlling the calibration of measuring instruments (Calibration)

Qualifications: Male / Female, Age 25-45 years old Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields Experience in Quality Control (QC) in production lines or the metal parts industry will be specially considered Knowledge of using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, etc. Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs Detail-oriented, precise, and possesses systematic problem-solving skills Able to work overtime and has no issues with commuting Able to communicate and read English
