• Interface: You are the central contact for our customers and systemic partners and form the heart of our operations.
• Support: You support our customers in having their packaging units recycled professionally.
• Expertise: You are the contact person for topics related to EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) and AR (Authorized Representative) in selected countries.
• Sales: You enjoy convincing and advising new customers about our service.
• Registration: You take over the official registration of our customers with international contractual partners.
• Quantity Reporting: You report the packaging quantities of our customers to systemic partners and/or registration bodies.
• Communication: You are in exchange with authorities in the respective national languages.
• Further Development: You actively participate in the further development of our EPR-ARCompliance system.
• Optimization: You support the optimization and documentation of work processes and legal requirements.

Your profile:

• Precision: You work in a very structured and conscientious manner.
• Experience: Ideally, you are familiar with commercial processes; experience in customer service is an advantage.

• Commitment: You want to actively contribute to sustainability and Circular Economy.
• Language skills: You speak fluent English; any further European foreign language is a big plus.
• We are looking for customer service representatives with the following language skills: Latvian / Finnish / Lithuanian / Swedish / Estonian / Bulgarien / Slovak / Norwegian / Czech.
