No two days are the same

As a process operator, you will receive a varied set of tasks:

• You will receive intensive training before you independently operate our high-tech devices in the cleanroom.
• You organize your own work according to clear objectives.
• You are responsible for the quality of your own process steps.
• You perform accurate quality controls.
• You report any problems correctly to our engineers.
• You have an eye for safety and operational efficiency.
• You actively contribute ideas for improvements.

Example of our shift system

• Week X: early shift from Monday to Friday.
• Week X+1: night shift from Monday to Friday.
• Week X+2: late shift from Monday to Wednesday. Thursday and Friday recovery. On Saturday and Sunday, you work 12 hours each time.
• Week X+3: recovery from Monday to Wednesday. Thursday and Friday you work in the late shift.
• Week X+4: early shift from Monday to Friday.
