Warehouse / Production Systems and Automation Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitoring, controlling, and optimizing warehouse and production automation systems
• Ensuring the smooth operation of facilities through daily inspection and interventions where required
• Collaboration with internal departments (production, logistics, IT) to improve processes
• Communication and coordination with external suppliers and technical partners
• Immediate resolution of technical and operational problems
• Participation in projects for the upgrade and modernization of systems

Required Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Problem-solving ability and analytical thinking
• Team spirit and responsibility
• Ability to work in a 3-shift regime

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience or knowledge in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
• Familiarity with AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles) technologies or VNA storage systems
• Previous experience in an industrial or warehousing environment
