Product Quality & Compliance Associate

With activities in the import and trade of packaging materials, Food Contact Materials, and disposable gloves, we are seeking a Product Quality & Compliance Associate to strengthen the Quality Department.

The candidate will join the Quality Department and will actively participate in the full range of the department's activities, primarily focusing on the management of certificates, declarations of compliance, technical specifications, and other product documentation, while simultaneously playing an active role in product quality control and compliance matters.

Main Responsibilities:

• Management and processing of customer requests, including the issuance and sending of Declarations of Compliance, laboratory analyses, technical specifications, and other product documentation.
• Engagement with technical and regulatory product documentation, as well as product compliance matters, including markings, instructions for use, Claims, labels, and packaging layouts in accordance with current legislative requirements.
• Participation in product quality control activities and other Quality Department matters.
• Monitoring developments in relevant legislation concerning packaging materials, Food Contact Materials, and disposable gloves.

Required Qualifications:

The profile we are looking for:

• University Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Technology, Food Science and Technology, or another related scientific field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in the field of quality, compliance of corresponding products, and primarily packaging materials.
• Very good knowledge of the English language.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Very good communication skills and a team spirit of cooperation.

Will be additionally appreciated:

• Familiarity with Declarations of Compliance (DoC), evaluation of laboratory analyses, technical specifications, and/or regulatory product documentation.
• Knowledge of the legislative framework for Food Contact Materials, including Regulations (EC) 1935/2004 and (EU) 10/2011, while familiarity with PPWR and Regulation (EU) 2024/3190 constitutes an additional advantage.
