Project Manager M/F

As a Project Manager within INTERROLL, you will be at the heart of the action, driving strategic projects that shape the industry of tomorrow.

Your role will consist of orchestrating complex projects from A to Z, from design to implementation, in coordination with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.

You will be required to analyze customer needs during pre-sales, develop and design detailed plans, and supervise project execution while ensuring compliance with budgets, deadlines, and quality standards.

Your projects will involve dynamic storage solutions with a direct impact on our customers' operational efficiency.

You will also act as an interface between technical teams, sales teams, and customers, ensuring fluid communication and a clear transmission of objectives.

Your expertise will be called upon to identify continuous improvement opportunities, propose optimized solutions, and support customers in the adoption of new technologies.

This position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of rigor and commitment.

You will be the guarantor of customer satisfaction and the driver of innovation within our teams, with both an operational and strategic vision of projects.

To embody this demanding role, we are looking for an experienced professional whose profile combines technical expertise, capable of designing solutions in CAO, leadership, and a keen sense of interpersonal relations.

With a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial project management, you master project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and have led ambitious projects in a complex technical environment.

A minimum of a bachelor's degree level (engineering school, Master in industrial logistics or equivalent) is required, with a specialization in industrial engineering, mechanical, or supply chain appreciated.

Your background has allowed you to develop a solid understanding of industrial challenges, as well as the ability to analyze technical data to propose suitable solutions.

You demonstrate excellent organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and delegating effectively while maintaining overall control of the project.

Your interpersonal skills and your ability to unite teams with diverse profiles are major assets for succeeding in this position.

Finally, your intellectual curiosity and open-mindedness allow you to adapt quickly to technological evolutions and new challenges in the sector.

Proficiency in English is essential to communicate with clarity and conviction in an international environment.
