QSE Facilitator M/F

As part of a new position creation, we are looking for a: QSE Facilitator (M/F) for our two companies based in La Roche sur Yon (85) and Saint Pol de Léon (29), sites certified ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.

Reporting hierarchically to the Head of Plant of the La Roche sur Yon site and functionally to the M1/M2 process owners of the two entities, you will work in permanent connection with the teams on the ground and the process owners…

Your main mission:

Your purpose will be to maintain, facilitate and improve the integrated QSE management systems of the two sites according to ISO standards and current legislation.

Your daily missions:

• Deploy the Group's QSE policy and support process owners;
• Drive, maintain and improve the integrated QSE management systems of the two sites;

• Ensure regulatory and legal compliance of the various activities (sales, production, maintenance…);
• Prepare, monitor and coordinate the various elements related to certifications: certification audits, internal audits, Management Review, monitoring of action plans…;

• Promote the QSE culture among employees;
• Contribute to the improvement of: customer satisfaction, risk assessment and HSSCT, environmental impact…

• Analyze, monitor and improve QSE performance indicators;

Skills and profile sought:

• Proficiency in IT tools;
• Knowledge in the fields of handling, logistics, storage, mechanics or industrial production are real assets;
• Regular travel to be expected between the two sites;
• Operational mastery of English is indispensable to be able to exchange with the Group QSE unit in an international context.

Qualification:

• Minimum degree in higher education in QSE, risk management, industrial engineering…
• Ideally, you possess significant experience or an internship in industry and in QSE system management.

• Interpersonal skills: a person of the field, you will be able to dialogue with various interlocutors (Auditors, control bodies, employees, Group QSE Unit…);
• Rigor, dynamism, pedagogy and proactivity;
• Ability to work transversally;
• Sense of organization and priority management;
