Raw Material Purchasing Officer (Bangna Branch)

• Purchase and procure Raw Material for dietary supplement and cosmetic manufacturing plants, both domestically and internationally, according to the company's business requirements
• Compare and find new Vender / Supplier and select them for the company
• Follow up on the status of Raw Material receiving to ensure it aligns with the plan
• Analyze sales data to plan purchasing
• Follow up on quotations, issue PO. both domestically and internationally
• Coordinate import processes according to customs procedures
• Coordinate with Shipping companies to verify the accuracy of import documents
• Prepare reports and related documents
• Other assigned tasks

Qualifications: Male - Female, aged 25 - 40 years old Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, Logistic, or other related fields Have direct experience in Raw Material purchasing for dietary supplement and cosmetic manufacturing plants for at least 2 years or more Have knowledge of import and export and can prepare various related documents Have negotiation skills and can coordinate well with various departments Can use software programs for data analysis Can communicate in English: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing Can work well under pressure
