Odoo Functional Consultant

Lead the implementation and ongoing development of Odoo ERP

Translate business and financial requirements into effective Odoo solutions

Ensure proper integration between Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, and Operations

Manage and optimize Odoo Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Manufacturing, and other relevant modules

Ensure accurate product costing, inventory valuation, production costs, yields, wastage, and profitability

Support the full production cycle: green coffee → roasting → grinding → packaging → finished goods

Coordinate with Odoo developers, IT teams, and external implementation partners

Manage system testing, data migration, integrations, and user training

Improve internal controls, reporting, automation, and business processes

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field

Strong professional background in Finance & Accounting

5+ years of relevant experience in Odoo ERP

Strong understanding of accounting, costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing accounting

Strong practical knowledge of Odoo ERP, particularly Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, and Manufacturing

Strong awareness of IT systems, databases, integrations, data migration, and ERP architecture

Experience with Odoo implementation or ERP transformation projects

Manufacturing experience is highly preferred; coffee, food, FMCG, or similar industries is an advantage

The candidate prefer a resident of Giza, or nearby areas.
