Maintenance Manager

Developing Maintenance Plans: Formulate and evolve Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) strategies across all production lines and utility facilities.

Budget Management: Prepare and monitor the annual budget for spare parts, lubricants, and external service contracts, actively optimizing costs without compromising operational reliability.

KPI’s Formulation: Prepare Strong KPI’s, Focus to Achieve Sustainable healthy Plant, Breakdown percentage, MTTR, MTBF, OEE.

Team Leadership & Development: Delegate tasks to maintenance engineers and technicians, evaluate performance, and identify technical training needs for the team.

Spare Parts & Inventory Control: Oversee critical spare parts inventory levels (Min/Max thresholds) in coordination with Procurement and Stores to prevent line shutdowns.

External Contract Management: Oversee service level agreements (SLAs) and maintenance contracts for complex machinery (e.g., advanced roasters, gas supply networks, and automated control systems).

Minimizing Downtime: Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on major breakdowns and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.

Food Safety Compliance: Ensure full adherence to food safety and occupational health standards (HACCP / ISO 22000), including enforcing the strict use of Food-Grade Lubricants.

Documentation & Reporting: Complete weekly & Monthly maintenance logs, RCA, KPI’s, track spare part consumption, and document incident reports within plant records.

Bachelor's degree (Engineering: Mechanical field)

Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the same field - preferable in FMCG

Safety practices and principles related to maintenance activities Corrective and Preventive Maintenance
