JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Hotel Host in all people management tasks within the scope and dynamics according to the instructions of the Hotel Host.
- Support the Hotel Host in the development and education of employees and the onboarding of new employees with the aim of providing flawless service to guests in accordance with hotel standards.
- Control the level of cleanliness and quality of work of the housekeeping staff.
- Control the behavior, neatness of appearance, and work uniform of the housekeeping staff.
- Monitor adherence to standards in rooms and other premises under their jurisdiction.
- Manage the schedule of tasks and the activity plan of the housekeeping staff.
- As needed and in case of necessity, provide support and take over tasks of the Hotel Host or housekeeping staff.
- Continuous reporting to the Hotel Host regarding room availability for the purpose of updating the room status list.
- Control, ordering, and assigning consumable materials and work supplies in housekeeping.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- SSS
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in the same position
- Knowledge of English language in speaking and writing
- Appropriate knowledge and use of MS Office packages
- Reliability and responsibility in work with a high level of trustworthiness
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate people
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Effective time and priority management
- Ability to calmly and professionally resolve conflict situations
