You’ll build relationships with employers, craft compelling campaigns to attract top talent, and position our agency as the go-to partner for recruitment solutions. Your work will directly influence how many people we help find their dream jobs and how many companies we empower with the right talent.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients and expand existing accounts.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns—both digital and offline—to promote our services and attract candidates.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with HR managers, business owners, and industry leaders.
- Conduct market research to identify hiring trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with our recruitment team to align marketing efforts with candidate sourcing strategies.
- Represent the agency at networking events, job fairs, and industry exhibitions.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within recruitment, HR, or professional services, with CEI basic certificate.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing platforms).
