Our INTERIM NATION agency in Rouen is currently looking for one of its clients, a company specializing in international transport and logistics, for an Assistant Transit Agent M/F to support the local operational teams.

Temporary mission - Grand-Couronne - 76530.

Your main missions:

• Creation and monitoring of transport files
• Verification of documents (invoices, BL, customs)
• Data entry
• Planning of shipments (air, sea, road)
• Coordination with carriers and drivers
• Monitoring of deliveries
• Responding to client requests (email / telephone)
• Management of incidents (delay, blockage, customs)
• Contact with foreign partners
• Use of professional English

Profiles sought:

You hold a BAC+2 level diploma in the field of logistics, transport, or international trade. Ideally, you have a first experience in logistics, transport, or transit.

You are:

• Organized and rigorous
• Computer proficiency (Excel, transport software)
• English (basic professional level)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Hours: 35h per week, daytime schedule
