HRIS & Payroll Expert

As an HRIS & Payroll Expert, you are the pivot between Rheem's global HR Tech team in the US and the local organizations in Europe. You are responsible for implementing and managing HR systems (HRIS), payroll systems, and HR and payroll technologies within Europe. In this role, you will work closely with local IT and HR teams.

You translate trends, developments, and policies into strategies to stimulate and implement the use of (new) technologies in HR and payroll processes. Additionally, you provide technical support to HR departments and monitor data quality by performing regular audits. You train HR employees in the use of new systems and functionalities and act as a sparring partner for the payroll administrator regarding new developments and changes.

Your key areas of responsibility are: Maintaining relationships with Global HR Tech (US) and informing local HR departments about global developments and their impact on Europe.

Managing and optimizing HR and payroll software, processes, and systems.

Leading projects for the rollout of HR and payroll software and systems, such as SD Worx, Oracle, or Protime.

Implementation, installation, configuration, and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR and payroll technologies in Europe, including associated interfaces in collaboration with IT.

Providing technical support to HR and payroll departments. You also serve as a back-up for payroll administration during sickness, vacation, or peak periods.

Generating reports and analyses to support decision-making.

What do you bring? You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and training skills. You are professional and can handle confidential data well. You feel at home in an international environment and are willing to work at various locations both domestically and abroad. Additionally, you have: A completed bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

Demonstrable experience as an HR Technology Specialist or in a similar role.

Thorough knowledge of payroll, HRIS systems, and databases.

Excellent command of the English language.
